Q. Do you do installations?
A. We will deliver the chairs and pick them up from the room. They will be left at the earliest opportunity possible so that you or the venue staff may place them around the tables. Our price does not include arranging them around tables or setting them up. They are stacked 7 high and are easily removed to be placed. This avoids logistical problems. An example of such a logistical problem is that we arrive at the venue and their chairs are still around the tables and they have no staff arriving until 2pm to set up your event in the room.
Q. Do you accept Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit cards?
A. We do not accept Visa/Mastercard Debit card as payment or as security for your rental. A valid Credit Card is required for all rentals. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Debit, Email Debit and Cash as forms of payment.
Q. How far in advance should I book?
A. There is no defined time required as it is first come first served. You should book well in advance to avoid disappointment. You can always adjust your numbers so just provide you best estimate.
Q. I don't have my final count of guests yet what do I do?
A. Your final numbers are not due until 2 weeks prior. Give us your best guess when making your original reservation and keep us updated if there are changes by phone or email at your convenience.
Q. Can I pick up these rental items and when?
A. Early pick up is FREE. If your event is on a weekend for example, you can pick up as early as Thursday and return ont he Monday. If you need to pick up earlier simply inform us and we will work with your time frame as best we can. We are open 9-4pm Monday thru Saturday.
Q. How can I book?
A. You can book online, over the phone, by email or come directly into the showroom.
Q. Can I view the chairs?
A. Yes, you do not need an appointment, please come in at your convenience.
